Feature Data Profile

3001 IDS provides feature data collection services for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Our data is collected from 2-D orthoimagery and from stereoscopic imagery using state-of-the art softcopy imagery workstations. The data we provide is required to meet rigid standards for attribute, geometric, and topological validations, and is used for both hardcopy cartographic products and GIS analysis.

Feature Data Success

3001 has established an outstanding record of deliverables as a prime contractor under the Global Geospatial Intelligence (GGI) contract. Since becoming a Prime Contractor in 2003, every 3001 IDS feature data product has been delivered "First-Time-Right," reinforcing our goal to deliver high-quality, error-free products to our customers on time and within budget.
